I agree with Cnt-rd-ne-mr's travel agent that 3 days is enough for Santorini, as cocoashuter said while pretty in some parts it's also fairly disappointing. Go visit the volcano, swim in the hot springs, that was kinda interesting. Athens is not disappointing, it's just hard to find the good places as a tourist.

Lotza (Oia) – another restaurant on a picturesque cliff. It’s worth coming here for the sunset, a glass of wine and a simple Greek appetizer (fried feta with honey was delicious!).
